Fashion retailer Forever 21 said there had been unauthorized access to data from payment cards used at a certain number of its stores.
The results were part of an investigation it started after it received a third-party report suggesting the unauthorized access.
While the company hasn’t disclosed more details, it is looking into a portion of credit card transactions between march 2017 and October 2017.
The company has set up a customer portal about the incident that provides a contact number for anyone concerned that their credit card information may have been compromised.
