Boston’s Third Nor’Easter in Weeks

A third major winter storm in less than two weeks takes aim at New England.

Boston is in the crosshairs of this latest Nor’easter that could dump up to two feet of snow.

The National Weather Service has issued a blizzard warning for the entire coast of Massachusetts.

Weather experts predict treacherous travel conditions with strong wind gusts, possibly up to 70 mph.

Amtrak halted train service between Boston and New York and airlines grounded at least 1,700 flights, mostly out of Boston’s Logan International Airport.

Boston Mayor Marty Walsh is asking people to stay home, adding he expects this storm “to be a big one.”

Forecasters warn this could be one of the biggest March snowstorms in the city’s recorded history.
